مدير مكتب وزير النقل يكشف عن تخصيص وديعة تأمينية للتخفيف من أعباء اقساط التأمين ومعالجة إنعدام الأمن الغذائي

كشف مدير مكتب وزير النقل بسام المفلحي عن تخصيص وديعة تأمينية بملغ 70 مليون دولار وتهدف الى التخفيف من اعباء اقساط التأمين لمعالجة إنعدام الأمن الغذائي في اليمن.

وقال المفلحي في منشورله تسعى الحكومة الشرعية جاهدة منذ أشهر ممثلة بوزارة النقل وبالتعاون مع وزارتي التخطيط والتعاون الدولي والمالية وادارة البنك المركزي وبدعم من برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي إلى تخصيص وديعة تأمينية تصل قيمتها إلى ٧٠ مليون دولار وذلك بغرض التخفيف من أعباء اقساط التأمين على مخاطر الحرب لمعالجة إنعدام الأمن الغذائي كون هذا الإجراء سيسهم في تخفيض كلفة النقل البحري للسفن المتوجهه إلى الموانئ اليمنية بما فيها ميناء الحديدة الخاضع حاليا للسلطات الانقلابية في صنعاء كون الأمر يتعلق بالجانب الإنساني والأمن الغذائي للإنسان اليمني حيث وجد . 

في الجانب الأخر يقابل هذا الموقف المسؤول للشرعية والعقلاني موقف لا يمت للمسؤولية بأي صلة بقدر ما هو تصرف يوضح إستمرار درجة الجنون التي وصلت اليه وعبرت عنه المليشيات الحوثية مؤخرا عند أطلاقها تهديداتها بإستهداف حركة الملاحة البحرية للسفن النفطية التي تؤم موانئ المناطق المحررة غير مكترثة لأي تبعات قد تنتج عن مجرد التلويح بالإقدام على هذا الفعل الشيطاني وحجم المعناة التي ستطال قوت المواطن البسيط في عموم اليمن . 

لذا من أراد أن يعقد مقارنة بين ما هي قوة الشرعية وما هي قوة المليشيات ? عليه فقط أن يتوقف أمام هذان الموقفان لكل منهما وسيجد الإجابة .
