أول دفعة من مرضى السرطان تغادر عدن لمصر لتلقي علاج اليود المشع

انطلقت صباح الأمس دفعة الأمل الأولى لمرضى سرطان الغدة الدرقية لتلقي علاج اليود المشع من العاصمة الجنوبية عدن إلى جمهورية مصر، ضمن برنامج اطلقته في ابريل 2022 للفئات الأشد احتياجاً.

وأشارت الاستاذة حنان نجيب منسقة البرنامج “أن الدفعة الأولى التي تضم 20 مريضة سرطان قدموا من عدة محافظات تم اختيارهن من بين 60 مريضة سرطان.

وافادت نجيب: “اننا نستعد لهذا المشروع منذ اكثر من ثلاثة أشهر مع شركائنا في المؤسسة الوطنية لمكافحة السرطان بعدن والخطوط الجوية اليمنية”.

الجدير ذكره أن المؤسسة تتحمل نفقة منحة علاج اليود المشع كاملةً والتي تشمل تذاكر سفر والعلاج والسكن والتغذية لمرضى السرطان.
