صدر اليوم القرار الجمهوري رقم ( ٩) لسنة ٢٠٢٢م بشأن تعيين محافظ عدن وزيرا للدولة عضوا في مجلس الوزراء.

فيما يلي نصه ..

قرار جمهوري رقم (9) لسنة 2022م
بشأن تعيين وزيرا للدولة
مجلس القيادة الرئاسي
بعد الاطلاع على دستور الجمهورية اليمنية.
وعلى قانون رقم ١٩ لسنة ١٩٩١م بشأن الخدمة المدنية
وعلى القرار الجمهوري رقم ٧ لسنة ٢٠٢٠م بشأن تشكيل الحكومة وتسمية أعضائها.
وعلى مبادرة مجلس التعاون الخليجي وآليتها التنفيذية الموقعتين بتاريخ ٢٢/١١/٢٠١١م
وعلى مخرجات مؤتمر الحوار الوطني الشامل
وعلى الاعلان الرئاسي الصادر بتاريخ ٧ ابريل ٢٠٢٢م بشأن نقل السلطة وتشكيل مجلس القيادة الرئاسي.
وبناء على موافقه أعضاء مجلس القيادة الرئاسي.

قرر
مادة (1): يعين الاخ احمد حامد لملس محافظ محافظة عدن وزيرا للدولة عضوا في مجلس الوزراء.

مادة (2): يعمل بهذا القرار من تاريخ صدوره وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية
