الرأي السقطري-:

 

 

من أكبر الأخطاء التي رافقت عملية الاستقلال الوطني للجنوب في العام 1967م، ونخشى تكرارها اليوم، نقص الوعي لدى غالبية الناس، والخلط الخاطى بين مفهومي الثورة والدولة، هناك رجال ثورة وهناك رجال دولة، للثورة أبطالها وللدولة قياداتها، لكن عندما يصبح رجل الثورة رجل الدولة الأول، هنا تحل المشكلة، بل وقد تفشل الدولة ذاتها، وفشل الدولة يعني الابتعاد عن أهداف الثورة.

 

رجال الثورة يجري تكريمهم وتعويضهم بشكل لائق على أدوارهم وتضحياتهم، لكن ليس على حساب المصلحة العليا، وبما يخل بالمعايير الموضوعية لبناء الدولة، مما ينسف مفهوم الدولة ويفرغه من أهم مضامينه، وتتحول الدولة إلى أداة وكيان لا يمثل مصالح الجميع.

 

الدولة تبنى وفق معايير وطنية ومهنية واضحة، بعيدا عن العصبية الضيقة والأهداف الآنية، وبشكل يضمن بقائها واستدامتها.
