أعلنت الدكتورة يلينا سولوماتينا، خبيرة التغذية الروسية، أن على الأشخاص الذين يعانون من مشكلات في المعدة والأمعاء الامتناع عن تناول الأناناس

ووفقا للخبيرة، الأناناس ثمرة مفيدة جداـ تساعد منظومة المناعة وتؤثر إيجابيا في ميكروبيوم الأمعاء. ويحتوي الأناناس على فيتامين С والكالسيوم وإنزيم البروميلين الذي يساعد على شطر البروتينات.

 

 

وتضيف، ولكن على الرغم من التأثير الإيجابي للأناناس في العضلات والأربطة والأوعية الدموية، ومنظومة المناعة والجهاز العصبي، ويساعد على إخراج السوائل الزائدة من الجسم، يجب تناوله بحذر.

 

 

وتقول، “يجب على الأشخاص الذين يعانون من أمراض الجهاز الهضمي التي تتميز بارتفاع مستوى الحموضة (القرحة، التهاب المعدة، والتهاب القولون وغيرها) عدم تناول الأناناس في فترة تفاقم هذه الأمراض. ومن الأفضل الامتناع نهائيا عن تناول الأناناس في حالة الحساسية وعدم التحمل. وبالنسبة للمصابين بالنوع الثاني من مرض السكري عدم تناول كمية كبيرة من الأناناس الحلوـ بل الاكتفاء بكمية صغيرة منه”.

 

 

وتنصح الخبيرة بغسل الفم بالماء بعد تناول الأناناس، لأن الكثيرين يشعرون بعد تناوله بما يشبه قرصة في الشفاه. علنت الدكتورة يلينا سولوماتينا، خبيرة التغذية الروسية، أن على الأشخاص الذين يعانون من مشكلات في المعدة والأمعاء الامتناع عن تناول الأناناس
